Super condition, good felt, may need new banks. Steel supports, so very heavy. Mover got it in basement rec room thru door to outside, so presumably it comes out same way. But mechanical aid will be needed, as a 30-40' earth embankment has to be negotiated to asphalted private road. Gotta have large residual value for steel alone. Couple sets of high-end balls in great shape, and assorted cues, rake and cover.
